Validity, reliability and manageability in assessment

Validity is a measure of the extent to which the resulting mark is an authentic way of representing the capability of the learner at the designated task.

Reliability is a measure of repeatability; do all judges say the same?

And manageability is (as the name suggests) about whether the judgements are do-able in a reasonably efficacious way.
